Do the bins need to be empty?
Yes. The accepted bins should be empty and accessible. We do not sort or remove ordinary waste as part of bin washing.
Can you clean a bin bay?
Accessible bay floors and touchpoints may be included when the waste, drainage and wastewater controls are suitable.
Do you handle medical or chemical waste?
No. Medical, chemical, biological and other hazardous waste require the appropriate licensed or trained provider.
Where does the wash water go?
The site must provide an approved disposal method. Contaminated wash water must not be allowed to enter stormwater.
Are there limits to this service?
Medical, chemical, biological and other hazardous waste are not handled. Pest control, compactors, grease traps and waste removal are separate services. Wastewater must not be allowed to enter stormwater.
