What we clean

Office cleaning across the whole workplace.

This is the cleaning we look after in a normal office visit. We agree the rooms and frequency with you before starting, and keep periodic detail work separate from the everyday routine.

Reception and meeting rooms

  • Dust reception counters, reachable shelves and ledges, and wipe cleared meeting tables.
  • Wipe door handles and everyday fingermarks on suitable touchpoint surfaces.
  • Vacuum carpets and entrance mats, and mop hard floors.

Desks and work areas

  • Dust and wipe cleared desks, tables and accessible work surfaces.
  • Vacuum around workstations and the floor edges we can reach safely.
  • Documents, personal belongings, cables and sensitive equipment remain undisturbed.

Staff kitchens and break rooms

  • Clean benches, sinks and taps, including everyday spills and food marks.
  • Wipe splashbacks, lunch tables, cupboard fronts and appliance exteriors.
  • Vacuum and mop the floor; appliance and cupboard interiors are periodic extras.

Washrooms and amenities

  • Clean toilet pans, seats and exterior surfaces, basins and taps.
  • Wipe mirrors, handles and frequently touched surfaces, then clean the floor.
  • Where restocking is included, top up paper and soap from supplies kept on site.

Floors, bins and frequently touched surfaces

  • Empty the general bins on your cleaning list, replace liners and wipe visible marks on bin exteriors.
  • Vacuum carpets and accessible edges, and mop hard floors using a method suited to the finish.
  • Wipe shared door handles and switches as part of the routine.

Glass and periodic detail cleaning

  • Plan internal glass and partitions, skirting boards, reachable cobwebs and less frequently used ledges into periodic visits.
  • Deeper kitchen and washroom cleaning deals with buildup beyond the regular routine.
  • Carpet extraction and steam cleaning are not currently offered.

Keeping the cleaning consistent

You know who to speak to.

You deal directly with Keth about your office cleaning. There is one contact for the schedule, feedback and anything that needs attention.

01

A checklist for your office

We list the rooms and regular tasks for your workplace, with periodic jobs kept separate. The kitchen, washrooms and less obvious corners each have a place in the routine.

02

Care around desks and access

We leave documents and personal items undisturbed, respect restricted rooms and follow the access and lock-up instructions arranged with you.

03

A direct conversation when something changes

If a room needs extra attention, your hours change or something has been missed, tell Keth. We’ll work through what needs doing and keep the cleaning plan up to date.

Choosing the right service

How often does your office need cleaning?

01

Regular workplace cleaning

Start with how many people use the kitchen and washrooms, then consider the floors and work areas. A busy shared kitchen may need attention more often than a meeting room used twice a week. We work out the visit schedule around that use.

02

A one-off office deep clean

If dust has built up along ledges and skirtings, or the kitchen and washrooms need more than routine cleaning, a deep clean is a useful starting point. It can be a one-off job or the first step before regular visits.

03

Working around people and access

We plan cleaning around your workplace, with daytime, evening and weekend visits to minimise disruption. Before the first clean, we confirm access, alarm instructions and rooms that should be left alone with your nominated contact.

Questions people ask before booking

Your questions, answered.

Can you clean after hours or on weekends?

Yes. We offer flexible cleaning times, including evenings and weekends, so the clean fits around your workplace. We’ll agree a time that suits you before the first visit.

Will desks and computer equipment be cleaned?

Cleared desks and accessible work surfaces are part of the routine. We leave papers, cables and personal items in place. Screens, keyboards and other equipment need their own agreed method, rather than a general surface wipe.

What if the current cleaner keeps missing areas?

Show Keth the areas that have been missed when we walk through the office. We’ll make clear what belongs in the regular clean and what needs periodic attention. If something needs attention during our service, contact Keth directly so we can work through it with you.

Do you supply toilet paper, soap and other consumables?

Restocking from supplies kept at your premises can be part of the service. Buying and delivering products is a separate arrangement.

Do you offer carpet steam cleaning or clinical cleaning?

Carpet vacuuming is available; carpet extraction and steam cleaning are not currently offered. Sharps, clinical waste, biological hazards and terminal cleaning are outside ordinary office cleaning.

Are there limits to this service?

Clinical or hazardous cleaning, stock handling, building maintenance and specialist work are not assumed in an office cleaning scope. We identify a more suitable service where the premises needs different procedures.
