Do you complete repairs or make good work?
No. Repairs, painting, damaged finishes and other lease make good work need the relevant contractor. We can quote the agreed cleaning work.
Can floors and windows be included?
Routine floor presentation and accessible glass can be included. Specialist floor restoration, high glass and difficult residue need separate assessment.
Do you guarantee the landlord will accept the handover?
No. The landlord or property manager makes that decision. We complete the cleaning scope stated in the accepted quote.
Are there limits to this service?
Repairs, make good works, construction waste, hazardous materials and specialist floor restoration are not included unless separately assessed. The landlord or property manager decides whether lease obligations are met.
