The everyday cleaning, room by room.
Regular cleaning takes care of the dust, spills and everyday use in your home. Choose the rooms you want looked after; the routine below is our starting point.
Bathrooms and toilets
- Clean the shower glass, bath, basin and taps, and clean the toilet inside and out.
- Wipe mirrors and accessible surfaces, then vacuum and mop the floor.
- Heavy soap residue or limescale may need a deeper first clean.
Bedrooms and living spaces
- Dust reachable furniture, shelves and ledges, and wipe tables, door handles and frequently touched surfaces.
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors around furniture we can safely reach.
- Papers, valuables and fragile displays stay where you leave them.
Extra tasks when you need them
- Oven and fridge interiors, inside cupboards, linen changes, accessible glass and suitable wall marks are optional additions.
- We can allow for them on the same visit or arrange a separate clean if more work is needed.

Keeping on top of the week
Weekly visits suit homes where kitchens, bathrooms and floors need frequent attention. Fortnightly visits may work well when you keep up with smaller tasks between cleans. We can adjust the priorities as your household needs change.
Getting back on top of buildup
If there is built-up bathroom residue, kitchen grease or dust around the edges, a deep clean gives us time to deal with it first. You can then move to regular cleaning, or simply book the one-off clean.

Do I need to tidy before the cleaner arrives?
Clearing benches and floors of loose belongings lets us spend the visit cleaning. You do not need to pre-clean. Let us know which rooms or delicate items should be left alone.
Can I be home, and what about pets?
You’re welcome to be home. If you’ll be out, we’ll arrange access with you beforehand. Let us know about pets so we can work around them safely and know which doors or gates must stay closed.
Can you work with product or fragrance preferences?
Let us know about any fragrance sensitivity or products that must not be used. We choose the cleaning method for the surface and check any particular requirements with you before the visit. You do not need to put together a list of cleaning chemicals.
Are ovens, windows and linen changes included?
They are optional additions rather than part of every regular clean. Tell us which ones you need and we’ll allow for them alongside the usual rooms, or arrange a deeper visit where necessary.
