Floors and reachable surfaces
- Clean suitable cleared floors, accessible wall sections and cleared shelving exteriors.
- Stock removal and the safe working temperature are established before cleaning.
Site assessed cleaning for chilled and frozen storage areas
An empty coolroom can still need careful attention to floors, doors, strip curtains and reachable wall surfaces. We assess coolroom cleaning with the site manager because temperature, stock, drainage and the approved cleaning method determine what can be done safely.
Hobart & surrounds. Launceston and wider Tasmania by arrangement.

What we clean
The areas below describe the cleaning available within this service. The rooms, tasks and frequency you select are confirmed before the first visit.
Choosing the right service
The site needs a suitable window for stock, temperature and drainage controls. Sanitising is only assessed against a specified method and approved product.
Recurring ice can indicate a refrigeration or drainage issue. Heavy ice removal, very low temperatures and food-contact work require separate safety assessment; they are not ordinary cleaning inclusions.
Questions people ask before booking
A scheduled service may be possible after assessment. The room, temperature, stock, access, approved method and safe working arrangements must be reviewed before a frequency is offered.
Light isolated buildup may still need assessment, but heavy or recurring ice is not treated as routine cleaning. It can indicate a door, drainage, defrost or refrigeration problem that the site should investigate first.
Only under the food business's approved controls. Stock may need to be removed, covered or isolated, and chemicals must not contaminate food or packaging. The site must confirm the required method before work begins.
Sanitising can be considered only when the site specifies the surfaces, approved product, method, contact time and record keeping. We do not make assumptions about a food business's sanitising program.
No. Evaporators, electrical components, refrigeration plant, drains requiring trade work and mechanical faults need a qualified facilities or refrigeration provider.
Recurring ice can indicate a refrigeration, door seal, drainage or defrost problem. We do not treat heavy ice removal as ordinary cleaning or work on refrigeration equipment. Food contact sanitising, persistent ice, restricted access and very low temperature work are accepted only after a separate site and safety assessment.
