The areas below describe the cleaning available within this service. The rooms, tasks and frequency you select are confirmed before the first visit.
Amenities and bins
- Clean included toilets and touchpoints, check agreed bins and replenish consumables from venue stock.
- Attendance during the event must be arranged separately.
Post-event cleaning
- Clean the agreed floors and surfaces, consolidate ordinary rubbish as arranged and reset included areas.
- Large-scale waste removal is separate from cleaning.

A pre-event visit, a post-event clean, or both can be assessed. Pack-down, access and the venue return time determine the practical window.
During-event attendance
Ongoing amenity or bin checks require a confirmed attendance arrangement. Cleaning does not include security, crowd management or hazardous waste.

Can you clean before and after the event?
Yes, where both service windows and available capacity can be confirmed. The quote should state the preparation work and the post event reset separately.
Can a cleaner attend during the event?
Agreed attendance may be possible for amenities, bins and selected public areas. Guest numbers, access, safety and the expected duties must be clear before booking.
Do you remove all event waste?
Ordinary rubbish can be consolidated into the agreed site bins. Large volumes, off site removal, sharps and hazardous or biological waste are not included.
Can you restock toilets during the event?
Yes, when the venue supplies the products, storage access is provided and the restocking points are listed in the scope.
Are there limits to this service?
Large scale waste removal, sharps, biological or hazardous waste, security and crowd management are not included. Unusual waste or late changes to the event schedule need separate assessment.
