Safely accessible external glass
- Clean accepted external panes where ground access and the surface are suitable.
- High-rise and rope-access window cleaning are not offered.
Frames, sills, tracks and screens
- Frames and sills can sit in the cleaning list; tracks and screens are selected separately.
- These areas take additional time beyond cleaning the pane itself.

A separate visit or an addition
Window cleaning can be arranged on its own or alongside a home, office or moving clean. Select the panes and surrounding details that need attention.
Residue and damaged glass
Paint, adhesive, construction residue and persistent marks need inspection first. Glass restoration and scratch removal are not assumed.

Do you clean upstairs or high windows?
We clean internal glass and suitable external windows with safe ground access. Any other access method needs separate approval; high-rise and rope-access work are not offered.
Are tracks and screens included?
They can be selected as additional work. Cleaning a pane does not automatically include detailed tracks and screens.
Can glass be added to a home or office clean?
Yes, where access and time allow. It is planned as an additional task so routine rooms still receive the attention agreed.
Will all marks come off?
Not every mark is removable. Surface damage, mineral staining and renovation residues may need a different assessment from ordinary glass cleaning.
Are there limits to this service?
We currently clean internal windows and external windows that can be reached safely from ground level or with an approved access method. High rise and rope access work is not offered.
