Do you clean upstairs or high windows?
We clean internal glass and suitable external windows with safe ground access. Any other access method needs separate approval; high-rise and rope-access work are not offered.
Are tracks and screens included?
They can be included with your windows. We confirm the panes, frames, tracks and screens in your quote so you know what will be cleaned.
Can glass be added to a home or office clean?
Yes. Accessible glass can be part of the same cleaning plan. Tell us which windows need attention and how often so we can plan the visit and confirm the price.
Can you help with stubborn window marks?
Yes, tell us about the marks or send a photo. We’ll check whether they are removable dirt or residue and choose a safe method. Scratches, etched glass and permanent staining need restoration rather than ordinary cleaning.
