Do you clean inside individual apartments?
Private homes are not included in a strata common area contract. Residents can enquire separately for home cleaning.
Can lift interiors and internal entry glass be included?
Yes, where access and the surface method are suitable. External or elevated glass may need separate assessment.
Can you clean the bin area?
It can be assessed as an additional service. Waste type, empty bins, drainage, wastewater controls and pest concerns must be reviewed first.
How are building issues reported?
The body corporate or manager can nominate a contact and preferred reporting method for visible damage, leaks, unsafe conditions or work outside the agreed scope.
Are there limits to this service?
Individual homes, grounds maintenance, hazardous waste, elevated external glass and specialist building maintenance are not included unless separately quoted.
