Initial builders’ clean
A thorough post-construction clean throughout completed, cleared homes, renovations and fitouts. Remove construction dust, clean empty cupboards and joinery inside and out, detail kitchens, bathrooms, fixtures, floors and agreed glass, and address building residue using methods suited to the finishes.
Pre-PCI clean
Refresh previously cleaned areas before the practical-completion inspection (PCI), removing new dust, marks and footprints. If trades return for rectification, we can arrange a further reclean once their work is finished. We confirm the areas, timing and price for each visit.
Final handover clean
Clean and check the agreed rooms, fixtures, floors and glass once remaining trade work is complete, ready for handover. This may be a final touch-up after an earlier builders’ clean or the property’s only detailed clean, depending on its condition.

Can you clean around display-home openings or handover dates?
Yes. We work with you to plan cleaning around openings, practical-completion inspections and handovers, including evenings or weekends. Share the dates and site contact so we can coordinate the visits.
What needs to be ready before cleaning starts?
The builder needs to complete the work in the areas being cleaned, remove loose building waste and stored materials, and provide safe access, working water and power. If dusty trades are still working or hazardous dust is suspected, the builder must address that before a final clean can proceed.
Can you help with paint, adhesive or building residue?
Show us the affected areas and any care instructions for the new surfaces. We’ll check suitable removal methods and explain what can be cleaned safely. Some residues or damaged finishes need specialist treatment; we’ll identify that before work starts.
Can you return after trades finish or before handover?
Yes. We can plan return visits around rectification and handover. Tell us which areas need another clean and we’ll confirm timing and price. If we missed something in our original cleaning plan, let us know so we can put it right.
